His last start was in November of last year in Norwich's 3-1 win at Blackpool and since then he's made just two substitute appearances although he did have some time out of the side with injury in each of the last two seasons.
Today he has signed for Roberto di Matteo on loan for three months which conveniently takes it into the next transfer window when almost certainly Norwich will be looking to offload him.
His new club have revealed he is injury free and is now looking to discover his best form.
