Ings and Keane help England beat the Germans

It was role reversal after last week's game against Czech Republic. This time Ings was in the starting eleven with Keane on the bench.

Twice Philipp Hoffman gave Germany the lead, scoring the opener on 15 minutes and then adding their second five minutes into the second half after Jesse Lingard had equalised eleven minutes before the break.

Ings played the full game but the score was still 2-1 to the Germans when he came on for Ben Gibson with just 13 minutes remaining. Two minutes later we were level again through Nathan Redmond and within another three minutes we'd won it with a goal from James Ward-Prowse.

For Keane it was an 19th cap at under-21 level with Ings winning his ninth cap.

Both players will now be hoping for call ups for the Euro under-21 finals in the Czech Republic this summer.
