Camara in Elland Road trial

Mo Camara
Camara hasn't been first choice at Derby for some time. Last season he played one early Premier League game before joining Norwich until the end of the season and this season was with Blackpool for three months before returning to Pride Park at the end of 2008.

He went straight into the Derby side on his return and played three games, the FA Cup tie at Forest Green, the first leg of their Carling Cup semi-final against Manchester United and then the home Championship defeat to QPR.

He collected a fifth yellow card of the season in that QPR match and was suspended for the next game. But by then Derby had decided to cancel his contract to allow him to be a free agent.

Without a club he's been with League One Leeds this week, and with Simon Grayson his Blackpool manager from earlier in the season. He was named, alongside former Sheffield United winger Keith Gillespie, in a trial match against Rochdale played behind closed doors at Elland Road this week and will be hoping to have done enough to have earned himself a deal.

Manager Grayson said of the 33-year-old: "I worked with Mo earlier this season and he is a good, experienced left back. He has played at the highest level as well so it is good to have players like that wanting to play for us. Whether he does or not we'll wait and see."
