Youth team face away game at Port Vale

We go down to the Potteries to face a side who are five places below us in the table. They have thirty points, ten less than us, but do have two games in hand on us and they go into the game on the back of a win having beaten Shrewsbury last week.

The home game against them ended in a 2-2 draw last month with our goals coming from Christian Hill and Andy Nugent (pictured) but this will be the first time we've played them away since 10th April 2013 when goals from Lewis Nuttall and Brad Jackson gave us a 2-1 win.

Nuttall has been in the news this week with his move to Cyprus while Jackson, who was still a schoolboy at the time, is now a second year scholar and is currently the youth team's leading goalscorer this season along with Ntumba Massanka who have both scored 12 times.

Kick off tomorrow is 11 a.m.
