Stech played in the Carling Cup for the Hammers last season and was signed from Sparta Prague. He's also enjoyed loans during his time in England with both Wycombe Wanderers and Bournemouth.
There's no Anthony Glover in the squad today. Nothing has been confirmed but it is believed that the long term trialist has left the club. The central defensive positions are expected to be taken by two youth players, Alex Coleman and midfielder Archie Love.
They are joined by three other youth team players with four development squad players, Lynch, Harvey, Wilson, Lazaar and Knowles.
