Striker Jutkiewicz has replaced Scott Arfield at the top of the table but it was Dean Marney who claimed the man of the match award at Swansea. His strong performance in midfield was a feature of our second half performance that came close to winning us our first league points of the season.
He just beat Jutkiewicz to first place; Marney claimed 22.9% of the vote with Jutkiewicz just behind with 22.5%. Michael Duff, who turned in another assured performance at the back, was third with 19.3% and Marney's midfield partner David Jones claimed fourth place with 11.2% of the vote.
Three of those four players were also in the top four in the player ratings where Jutkiewicz shared first place with captain Jason Shackell. Both had ratings of 7.04 out of 10, and there were two players sharing the next position where both Duff and Marney scored 6.89 out of 10.
Jutkiewicz is awarded for this game and there are seven points for Marney and five for Shackell. Duff has won four points with one point for Jones.
Add those points to the ones won for the Chelsea game and Jutkiewicz has now moved into first place with 12 points and that's two points ahead of Chelsea man of the match Arfield and Duff.
