Tom Taylor - back from injury
Joe McKee, Ross Wilson and Liam Newman were the scorers as the Clarets, who haven't won either league game against Blackpool this season, won the game comfortably.

It was also a chance for Dean Overson and Tom Taylor to get some game time. Overson hasn't played since breaking an ankle in the Milk Cup in Northern Ireland and Taylor has been out for some time with injury.

Burnley also took the opportunity to blood new apprentice Medi Laazar from Belgium.

The first goal was one that is becoming so predictable in youth games now, a McKee free kick. He's scored any number of goals direct from them this season and here he added another to give us a half time lead.

Wilson doubled that lead eight minutes into the second half when he converted a Dom Knowles cross, and Newman grabbed the third soon after, running onto a Laazar through ball and taking it round the goalkeeper to score.

Burnley used a squad of fourteen players with rolling subs allowing all the players to get some time on the pitch.

We lined up: Danny McDonald, Dean Overson, Jake McEneaney, Curtis Woods, Stephen Edwards, Dave Lynch, James Taylor, Joe McKee, Ross Wilson, Joe Jackson, Tom Taylor. Subs: Liam Newman, Dom Knowles, Medi Laazar.
