The weather again came to Burnley's aid in the Youth Alliance League this weekend with all the three teams able to go above us - Carlisle United, Preston North End and Walsall - having their games called off.
The rest, one last Tuesday and four on Saturday, all fell victim to the weather which has allowed Burnley to remain on top.
It's a big clash for us this week too with Carlisle travelling to Gawthorpe.
We'll be looking to complete a double over them having won 1-0 at Carlisle in October with the Burnley goal coming from Jason Gilchrist (pictured).
Preston, right on our coat tails, travel to Rochdale but again the unbeaten Walsall are without a game.
