Turf Moor date for youth team

The weather has been poor for over a week now and Accrington's home game was postponed on Saturday, so it came as no surprise that tonight's game was called off after a lunchtime inspection.

With further poor weather forecast and the need to get the game played, it has been confirmed that the tie will now be moved to Turf Moor next Monday 15th December with a 7:00p.m. kick off.

It gives more Burnley fans the chance to go to the game but more so it gives these lads, who have had a fantastic start to the season, an opportunity to play in the claret and blue shirt on our home ground.

Let's hope we can get a good attendance at the Turf to support them next week, these lads deserve it.
