Reserves set for Leyland

Last updated : 23 November 2009 By Tony Scholes
It is just a sixth game of the season for the reserves who have seen three games called off for a variety of reasons so far this season and only one of the five to date have been played at our home base of the Crown Ground, Accrington.

We go into the game in sixth place in the league and two places above Bolton on goal difference although they have played two games more than us.

Having spoken to the Lancashire FA this morning we have been assured that, despite the heavy rain over the last few days, that the game will definitely go ahead. Kick off is 7:00 p.m.

For Burnley fans travelling to the game the address of the ground is:

The County Ground
Thurston Road
Leyland
PR25 2LF

The ground is situated behind the Motor Vehicle Museum and there is free parking for over 100 vehicles.
