Reserves looking for win number five

Mark Randall - expected to play
The last time we played host to Carlisle at Accrington was in the first reserve game of the 2005/06 season when it was reported that Paul Casey scored a hat trick with Rob Turner also finding the net in a 4-1 win against a Carlisle side that included former Claret Paul Weller.

There is no team news as yet ahead of tonight's game but it is likely to be very much different from that side and should include some members of the first team squad. We will probably see such as Gabor Kiraly, Stephen Jordan, John Spicer, Alan Mahon and Mark Randall in action tonight.

Alongside them will be Michael Duff who will be in action for the fifth time as he gets ever closer to a first team recall, and manager Owen Coyle has hinted that he could just be back in the squad for the game at Norwich on Saturday.

It is also going to be a chance to see Manchester United's Sean Evans in action. He is expected to start on the left hand side of the midfield. Whether Owen Coyle plays up front remains to be seen, so far he's reserved his appearances for away games.

The game kicks off at 7:00 p.m. on that wonderful surface at the Fraser Eagle.
