McCann in inexperienced reserve team

This is Accrington's away game but, because of the poor state of the pitch at the Crown Ground, the game has been moved to Turf Moor for what will be McCann's fourth appearance and second start on his comeback from knee surgery.

He lines up in an otherwise inexperienced team made up of five members of the development squad, four youth team players including soon to be professionals Joe McKee and Ross Wilson, along with Louis Rae-Beadle who gets his fourth game in Burnley colours.

Wes Fletcher returns up front having missed last week's game because of his involvement with the first team squad. He replaced Joe Jackson, another to be awarded with his first professional contract last week. Joe has been ruled out for the remainder of the season with a broken metatarsal sustained on the day after being offered his contract.

The team tonight is: Josh Cook, Nik Kudiersky, Chris Lynch, Tom Anderson, Ross Wilson, Louis-Rae Beadle, Joe McKee, Chris McCann, Michael King, Dominic Knowles, Wes Fletcher. Subs: Craig Mawson, Ed Williams, Steven Hewitt, Archie Love, Alex Mullin, Adam Evans, James Taylor.

Please note: Burnley supporters will have to pay £4 (adults) and £2 (concessions) to attend tonight's game.
