Last minute penalty costs Clarets in Milk Cup opener

It looked as though the Clarets were going to hang on for the draw but it was Curtis Woods, the Irishman in the squad, who gave away the spot kick and also received a red card into the bargain.

Burnley now move on to the University Coleraine ground tomorrow when they will be hoping to give themselves a better chance of being in the higher competitions later in the week. That game tomorrow is against Trudovye Rezervy who were beaten 4-1 tonight by Co Down.
