Nathan Lowe scored the first goal

The defeat came after the Clarets had gone into an early two goal lead too. Nathan Lowe struck from distance in only the fifth minute and three minutes later we doubled the lead when Jason Gilchrist pressured a defender into looping the ball over his own goalkeeper.

It wasn't until right on half time that Chelsea got back into the game, scoring with a far post header from a corner, and that encouraged them to go on and win it in the second half.

They were level within a minute of the restart, converting a low cross, and then scored the winner with a long range shot.

It could have been worse too but Conor Mitchell made an outstanding save to prevent a fourth just a couple of minutes from the end.

The Burnley team was; Conor Mitchell, Cameron Dummigan, Callum Richardson, Alex Whitmore, Luke Conlan, Jamie Frost (Ntumba Massanka 68), Steven Hewitt (Evan Galvin 88), Luke Daly (Christian Hill 84), Nathan Lowe, Cameron Howieson, Jason Gilchrist.
