The home game against them was played back in August, on the day the first team were at Crystal Palace, and we won the game 1-0 with a Shay McCartan penalty.
We are currently on a run of wins that extends back to the beginning of October. We kicked off that month, on the first day, with a 2-1 win against Rochdale and have won every game since. That's a total of eleven games. Seven of them have come in the Youth Alliance League, two in the Youth Alliance Cup and one each in the FA & Lancs FA Youth Cups.
During that run we've scored a total of 39 goals with the two strikers, Jason Gilchrist and McCartan having scored 12 and 8 respectively and both of them line up tomorrow as we look to make it win number 12 ahead of next week's FA Youth Cup tie against Ipswich Town.
