The tie between Carlisle and Wigan was also called off and the winners of that will be travel to Hull for their next time after the Humberside club beat Preston 2-0. In the southern region there were wins for Brentford, Brighton, Colchester and QPR.
Meanwhile in the league, we've slipped somewhat in the league but much of that is due to a lack of games. Postponements due to weather and cup ties have left us having played only two league games since the win over Accrington on the first Saturday in the year. We are now in 11th place in the league.
This coming Saturday we are back in league action and travel to Wrexham before coming back home the week after and for a home game against Wigan Athletic.
