Burnley are now in third place, eleven points behind leaders Wrexham and eight points behind Carlisle who are in second place following last week's 1-0 defeat at Wrexham. We do have five and four games in hand on the two teams above us.
Our opponents Chester are currently in fifteenth place in the eighteen team league although they have played more games than the other teams in the bottom part of the table.
