The last review came a week ago, after Preston's win against Port Vale but before Bury played Tranmere last Monday evening, a game that Bury won which kept Tranmere's lead over Shrewsbury at two points.
Bury won again on Saturday, beating us at Gawthorpe, and moved ahead of Shrewsbury when they were surprisingly beaten by Blackpool.
It was a climb of three places for Bury who also went above both Walsall and Fleetwood who drew against each other.
The two teams directly above us met with Port Vale beating Accrington comfortably. It's taken them from 13th to 9th in the table and now leaves us three points behind third from bottom, the position now occupied by Accy.
At a wet and blustery Gawthorpe we fell behind in the first minute against Bury and were 2-0 down with just twelve minutes gone.
Josh Dolling pulled one back five minutes later with a right foot shot from just outside the penalty box. Bury completed the scoring with a deflected shot twenty minutes into the second half.
We remain four points ahead of bottom club Morecambe who were beaten 2-0 at home to Wigan.
All the results are below with this week's fixtures. It's Alliance Cup week so there are no league games being played, and that's what has enabled Burnley and Rochdale to move the Lancs Cup tie back.
