Burnley set the date for youth tie

It will be played on Wednesday 13^th January but the bad news for Burnley fans is that the game will NOT be played at Turf Moor but at Accrington Stanley's Crown Ground.

Last season we did get the tie against West Brom on the Turf but then moved to Accrington for the next round. I am aware that the pitch needs to be protected but with no home game scheduled from that date until the 30^th (although there could be an FA Cup tie) you would have thought that one extra game could have been fitted in.

The lads are on a good run at the moment with eight successive wins (six in the league, one cup win and one in a friendly against Everton) and hopefully they will get the support they deserve for this tie. It will cost £4 (£2 concessions) on the night.
