This game should have been played earlier in the season, but with the Crown Ground at Accrington unavailable was move to Tranmere Rovers' Prenton Park with an agreement that we would host the return fixture.
That was postponed three weeks ago and today the club have confirmed the new date will be Friday 16th April and that the game will now be played at Turf Moor on the day before the first team play Sunderland at the Stadium of Light. Kick off will be 7:00 p.m.
We've four games remaining this month, three of which are away, and then we end the season with five home games during April, the reserve team season concluding on Thursday 22nd against Sunderland.
