No less than 48% voted for the relegated club and the only other club to get into double figures were Reading with 12.8% of the vote. It's no surprise but last season none of the clubs relegated in 2007 were able to make an immediate return to the Premier League and only Watford made the play offs. The vote certainly wasn't too kind on Watford, nor fellow play off club Bristol City.
Birmingham are favourites for the title and they get their season underway with the first Championship game, kicking off against Sheffield United at 12:30 p.m. in front of the Sky cameras.
