Yoga in the Café
Last Updated : 24-Jul-2004 byIt was all too good an opportunity to miss with the new style training at Turf Moor. With ice baths, dieticians moving in and the club looking for a Swedish masseur it was a case of yoga classes for the young members of the youth team on Friday afternoon as they prepared for the new season.
Clarets Mad were there to witness this latest training innovation for the players and can report that the lads were taking it very seriously indeed and did appear to be enjoying it.
Later today they will turn their attentions back to football with their first pre-season friendly when they take on Colne who will be fielding former Claret Andy Payton.
