Following on from a new main sponsorship deal with Hunters and a continuation of James Hargreaves deal with the Longside we now have a new sponsor for the Cricket Field Stand – David Fishwick LDV Vans of Colne.
It is a two year deal and another vote of confidence for the new look Burnley FC from a local company who recently were major sponsors of the 500 Mile bike ride.
David Fishwick said today, “I am very proud to be involved with Burnley Football Club and hope that our support will help the club in its push for honours next season.
“It’s a tremendously exciting time at the Club. We have a new manager who is terrifically ambitious and hungry for success.
“And we’ll have new players in the Claret and Blue, who will be wanting to make their mark here. There’s a sense of urgency, optimism and ambition at the Club – and I’m thrilled to be a part of it.”
Clarets Chief Executive Dave Edmundson added “David has already supported the Clarets in a big way and it is great that he has decided to make a long-term commitment to the Club.
