Williams leaves Turf Moor

There's been no explanation of the basis of the appeal but the rules are quite clear on emergency loans in that they are for a maximum of 90 days and Williams signed on 30^th January.

As we reported earlier this week, Burnley said at the time of his arrival that we'd signed him until the summer but that was not the case and that means he will not feature in the play offs and has now returned to Middlesbrough.
