We've got Hunters on the shirt

For many Burnley fans it will be an unknown name, they have until recently been on the other side of the border to most of us in Yorkshire and in fact were founded in York in 1992 when they opened their first office in the City.

They opened a second office within two years and won an award for best independent estate agent in the area.

In the twelve years since formation they have expanded throughout North and West Yorkshire and now have nine residential branches.

It is their decision to move into the North West of England that has led to the deal with the Clarets. Just last month they opened Manchester largest property service centre on Deansgate.

Keith Hollinrake, one of the six Hunters directors, said: "Much of our success is based on the company’s strong relationships with local communities and that makes Burnley an ideal sponsorship choice."

Hunters will be on both home and away shirts for the next two seasons in what has been described as the club’s biggest ever sponsorship deal as they replace Lanway and VK Vodka who could still be involved in Turf Moor sponsorship deals.

The name of Hunters will become the eighth to feature on Burnley shirts following on from Poco, TSB, Multipart, Endsleigh, P3, Lanway and VK Vodka.
