The fixture at Wigan, due to kick off at 11:00 this morning at their training ground at Christopher Park, was called off by the Wigan club late yesterday and Burnley quickly arranged a game against Bury for this afternoon.
Bury’s youth team did play yesterday, beating Chorley 3-2 at Victory Park, Chorley, but their coach Chris Casper was only too keen to help out the Clarets with this hastily arranged game.
