Colin Webster, from Tyne & Wear, will referee Burnley's next game, the Championship fixture against Nottingham Forest a week today at the City Ground.
Webster last refereed Burnley on the closing day of last season, the 1-1 home draw against Cardiff City.
There will be more on information on this referee next week.
