Valois on trial

The French winger played in their opening Pontin’s Holidays Combination game this afternoon which Millwall won 2-0 against Reading at the Madejski Stadium. There were no comments from Millwall as to how well he had played.

Valois arrived at Burnley soon after the start of last season as we tried to increase the size of the squad. He initially signed a short term deal until January and then extended it until the end of the season.

He started eighteen league games for us last season plus another twelve as substitute and scored three goals including one from the penalty spot in our last game of the season.

Steve Cotterill chose not to extend his stay but now he is hoping to impress Millwall manager Colin Lee enough to win a deal at the Den.
