Richard Edghill - training with Oldham
Both Richard Edghill and Mickael Antoine-Curier played in a behind closed doors friendly for the Latics this week against Bolton, a match that Bolton won 3-1.

It was reported that Richard Edghill put in a steady performance at right wing back and he, along with former Everton midfielder Dave Carney, will continue to train with the Latics this week.

The news wasn’t quite so good though for Antoine-Curier who played just 20 minutes before an ankle injury forced him out of the action. He had though impressed during that 20 minutes and coach, and former Claret, Tony Philliskirk said of him.

"He looked strong and lively and it was disappointing to see him go off, hopefully it is not too bad and he will be able to come in and train with us on Thursday and Friday so we can take another look at him."

There is no news on either Fabrice Richard or Clive Delaney who were in the Clarets’ squad for the recent tournament in the Isle of Man of of Amjad Iqbal who trained with the Clarets at the beginning of pre-season training.
