Three down to none

Graham Alexander - in Scotland's squad for their crucial game against Italy
It's not too long since we saw three of our players on the pitch for the Irish but that's been reduced to none for this game with Michael Duff injured, Kyle Lafferty suspended and Steve Jones left out by new boss Nigel Worthington. Jones is on standby should they get any injuries.

Kyle has still been called up despite the one match ban following his second yellow card in the 1-1 draw over Sweden when he netted the equaliser. Worthington said he would include him, and in any case he should be back for the second game on the following Wednesday when they travel to Gran Canaria to play their final qualifier against Spain.

Graham Alexander is in Scotland's squad for their crucial match against Italy. They have just the one game, and it is at Hampden Park. A win would ensure their qualification for next summer's finals.

Joey Gudjonsson, a player hardly seen by Burnley fans in recent weeks, is in Iceland's squad for their game on the Wednesday. They travel to the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen to play Denmark.

Best of luck to all three, along with Chris McCann who will hopefully make his debut for the Republic of Ireland Under-21s.
