The Championship Stats - 17th & 18th March

Last updated : 20 March 2009 By Tony Scholes
Cardiff's win came courtesy of a late, late penalty awarded by Flood Warden Andy Hall, the very referee who was undermined by the FAW last season when they ridiculously overturned Darren Purse's red card. That penalty dropped us one place to sixth, but of the teams just below us only Swansea played and they were beaten by QPR.

The stats for the five games played are shown below along with a list of leading goal scorers, each club's disciplinary record and the weekend fixtures.
