Surprise, surprise, Keogh's got himself a contract

He’d agreed a deal at Burnley and it was all cut and dried but suddenly it’s all off with suggestions that his agent Sky Andrews wanted more adding to the contract. When the answer was no they called the whole deal off.

Let’s face it, having been released at the Windy City last May, he wasn’t going to turn our offer down unless something else had suddenly cropped up – and lo, and behold he is back in the news and ready to sign for League One club Bristol City.

He’ll play for them tonight in a friendly against local rivals Bristol Rovers and is set to pen a deal with them tomorrow, they have offered him a two year contract. I assume he’ll sign it, that is unless something else suddenly comes up that might be a few quid better.

Given the situation over the past few days I think we should be relieved he’s signing for Bristol City.
