Scott was appointed in the summer of 2012 by academy manager Jason Blake, replacing long serving Jeff Taylor, but moved to Wolves in November.
Harvey will now replace him from 1st February but he's not new to the club. For some time he's been our Northern Ireland representative and has been responsible for the recruitment of youngsters such as Shay McCartan, Luke Conlan, Cameron Dummigan and Connor Mitchell.
