Micah Hyde - in the reserves against Preston
All five players who were on the bench at Hillsborough on Saturday will play, along with the likes of Danny Karbassiyoon and Garreth O'Connor who didn't even make the sixteen in Sheffield.

Once again Stoke's young goalkeeper Chris Sanna, currently on trial with the Clarets, will be in goal and it will certainly be a different situation for him tonight with so much experience.

Burnley will line up: Chris Sanna, Rob Henry, Duane Courtney, John McGreal, Danny Karbassiyoon, Wade Elliott, John Spicer, Micah Hyde, Garreth O'Connor, Kyle Lafferty, Rob Turner. Subs: Lee Matthews, Connor Smith, Jay Rodriguez, Paul Casey, Jack Overson.

Our opponents Preston will not be fielding anything like as strong a team and they will line up with a team made of of mainly apprentices and schoolboys.

The Preston side will be selected from: Hinchcliffe, Baker, Archer, Beattie, Cudworth, Cropper, Fairhurst, Howard, Stott, McGrail, Mainwaring, Murphy, Rogers, Higgins, Aspin.
