Diego Penny - could make his Burnley debut
Thistle are set for their second season under manager Ian McCall and this will be their seventh and last pre-season game as they prepare to get their competitive season underway with a Scottish Challenge Cup game against Queen's Park this coming Saturday.

They beat Blyth Spartans and Ayr United, then followed those games up with defeats against Stranraer and Brechin City. A win against Stirling Albion came next and finally a 0-0 home draw against Carlisle just two days ago.

Their team on Saturday was: Jonny Tuffey, Paul Paton (Kevin McKinlay), Marc Twaddle, Simon Storey, John Robertson, Ian Maxwell, Scott Chaplain (Stephen McKeown), David Rowson, Simon Donnelly (Graeme Eaglesham), Mark Roberts, Gary Harkins. Subs not used: Craig Hinchcliffe, Willie Kinniburgh, Ricky Little.

Owen Coyle has said he'll probably shuffle his squad for this game. He'll be hoping that Remco van der Schaaf will be fit enough to take part whilst he could start with new goalkeeper Diego Penny in the starting line up. Then there will be that first view of Latvian striker Gatis Kalniņš who arrived in Scotland yesterday.

Burnley will select from: Diego Penny, Graham Alexander, Christian Kalvanes, Michael Duff, Clarke Carlisle, Steven Caldwell, Kevin McDonald, Joey Gudjonsson, Ade Akinbiyi, Mark Paterson, Wade Elliott, Brian Jensen, Steve Jones, Chris McCann, Gabor Kiraly, Alan Mahon, Jay Rodriguez, Robbie Blake, Bes Berisha, Stephen Jordan, Adam Kay, Remco van der Schaaf, Alex MacDonald, Gatis Kalniņš.
