Just to prove what "The Editor's Chair" wrote on Clarets Mad about the "renascence" of Big Sam Vokes, he has only gone and got himself named the SKY Bet Championship Player of the Month for March!
The Welsh international striker netted four goals in four games, including a classic text book header against Wolverhampton Wanderers as the Clarets won three and drew one.

After helping his side continue their scintillating run of 17 games without defeat, Big Sam was pleased to accept the award.
Vokes claimed, “It’s always nice to be recognised and we’ve had a good month as a team and personally and we’re looking for another good month."
“It was March last time I won it so it would be nice to follow it up with the same outcome of promotion."
“It’s a nice award to get but as a collective we’ve been great over the past month to six weeks. It reflects where we are as a team.”
