Rockette to sue club

Just before half time Jean, on her way to the concourse, was struck in the face by the ball as it was hit into the crowd from open play. The injury was treated by the first aid people in the ground but she needed further treatment.

She has suffered with her sight since and the injury has now been diagnosed as a bruised muscle at the side of her forehead and that was putting pressure on her eye. Jean is still unable to drive and thought that she might be losing her sight.

What appears to have upset her more than anything though is the club not even apologising for the incident and this is why she has decided to sue the club in what is believed to be the first case of its kind in British football.

The Blackburn based company who are representing her believe she has a very good case.
