Kyle Lafferty
The news this week, or should I say the speculation this week is that Celtic have made a £3.1 million offer than includes Derek Riordan coming to Turf Moor whilst Rangers are said to have offered a £4 million package including Alan Gow.

However, manager Owen Coyle has today confirmed that there has been no contact with Rangers. Coyle said: "We have had no bid whatsoever from Rangers for Kyle," although it is thought that we have now turned down an approach from Celtic.

Celtic though are still keen on Kyle and assistant boss Tommy Burns said: "I've no insight into the signing policies but I would think that if we can't get Kyle Lafferty now, we might try to get him in the summer or whenever the opportunity comes."
