But it is not just in England where the PM comes up against Clarets and that was also the case down under when Australian Prime Minister John Howard visited Queensland to re-open a backpackers’ hostel that had burned down.

There he was met by Burnley supporter Warren Johnson and it looks from the picture as though Mr. Howard is asking Warren for the latest news on our search for a new manager and is laughing off suggestions that Chris Waddle could be on his way back.
