There will be three buses and they will leave Turf Moor at 7:00 p.m. this evening and will travel along Yorkshire Street, Centenary Way, Finsley Gate and Manchester Road to arrive at the Town Hall.
They wlll be greeted by the mayor and after a champagne reception will make a balcony appearance at the Town Hall before returning to the buses for the journey back to Turf Moor via Manchester Road, Red Lion Street, Centenary Way, Yorkshire Street and Harry Potts Way.
Fans are asked not to bring cars into the town centre and there will be road closures and major disruptions.
It's time to welcome home our heroes.
