Oldroyd's Turf

Burnley chairman Barry Kilby remains positive having attended this week's meetings but with news of unsigned deals things really don't look too positive just now.

This week Richard Oldroyd has chosen to take a look at the situation and what effect it will have on the future for English football. It does very much look as though the next set of TV deals for clubs both in the Football League and in the Premiership will be very much less lucrative than the deals that have been enjoyed (should the money ever arrive) recently.

Entitled Fools Gold Richard's article can be found in Oldroyd's Turf and this is in our Clarets Columns section.
