Oldham, Oldham and Oldham

Boundary Park - venue for Lancashire Youth Cup Semi-Final
We’ve already played them three times in league games (two in the Alliance League and once in the Merit League) and as we reported earlier in the week we will now play them in the Youth Alliance Cup Northern Final with the winners taking on Swindon or QPR in the final.

This will be played at Oldham’s training ground on Saturday 16th April but no kick off time has been confirmed as yet, hopefully it will be 11 o’clock to enable some of us to get there and back in time for the first team match against Brighton.

Now we have drawn them in the Semi-Final of the Lancashire FA Youth Cup and this represents a fantastic opportunity for us to get some revenge having been beaten by them in last season’s final.

Disappointingly not much thought has been given to supporters wanting to attend this game and it will go ahead next Monday at Boundary Park with a 2 o’clock kick off.

Having been robbed of a league title this season because of the inability to complete our fixtures we now have two opportunities to play in cup finals – and it’s Oldham standing in the way.
