Karbassiyoon went to Holland last Wednesday on a five day trial but has returned to Turf Moor where there has been no follow up from AZ, and that has led manager Steve Cotterill to believe that they won't be taking it any further.
It leaves the player on the transfer list, alongside Duane Courtney, Micah Hyde and Gifton Noel-Williams, and the four of them will continue with the Clarets until such time that they move on.
Danny is the only one of the four not to have started a first team game for the Clarets and so far in pre-season he has missed the
Steve Cotterill has said that he would be able to bring in new players should some, or all, of these players get moves elsewhere, but for now it looks as though there might be no further new players ahead of the 2006/07 season.
