Danny Lafferty's international colleague is well known in Burnley footballing circles. A successful spell at Huddersfield Town resulted in a high value transfer to Reading in 2104.

Norwood is a highly regarded and mobile box to box midfield player. He is a former England youth international but chose to take up an offer to play for the full Northern Ireland setup because of his grandfather's birth in Northern Ireland.

The Clarets obviously missed a beat first time around. He was spotted by Manchester United scouts when he was just 6 years old and joined the club at the age of just 7 years old.

Oliver Norwood is now 25 years old. Come on down Ollie, the price is right? Have a great Euros Ollie and come home and join a Premier League team. (TEC).
