There are two copies to be won and we've been inundated with entries, most of which answered all five questions correctly. The two winners will be notified by email on Friday and the books will be sent out to them.

JOHN CONNELLY - John scored a total of 20 league goals during the season ahead of Ray Pointer (19) and Jimmy Robson (18).

Who was the Burnley captain during the Championship season?

JIMMY ADAMSON - Jimmy played in every game that season and captained the side throughout.

Against which team did Burnley achieve their biggest win of the season?

NOTTINGHAM FOREST - We beat them 8-0 at Turf Moor in November 1959. Jimmy Robson scored five of the goals, Ray Pointer got two with the other goal scored by Brian Pilkington.

Who did Burnley beat to clinch the title?

MANCHESTER CITY - We won 2-1 at Maine Road on 2nd May 1960.

Who scored the goal that clinched the title?

TREVOR MEREDITH - Brian Pilkington scored the first with Meredith's 31st minute goal winning the game and clinching the Football League Championship.
