Moyes wants Eagles

Eagles made just his 29^th league start for the Clarets yesterday at Southampton but he's constantly been linked with transfers throughout his first year with the club and now it seems David Moyes, according to speculation, is ready to take him to Goodison Park.

He is apparently ready to offer £4 million for a player who cost the Clarets in excess of £1 million although the exact fee was never divulged.

Clearly much will depend on which league we are playing our football in next season. Given the current climate it would be no big surprise to see players sold should we still be playing Championship football next season.

Whether that would mean the sale of Eagles remains to be seen.
