Referee Keith Stroud adjudged that Ings had been fouled by Jimmy Abdou, but this is not the reason for the charge; Stroud has reported Millwall to the FA for their vociferous protests following the award. Millwall have admitted the charge.
This is the second such case for the Lions recently. They also admitted a similar charge following a melee in a draw against Sheffield Wednesday although they are now appealing the punishment believed to be a £10,000 fine.
