Micah, now 34, looked all set to sign for Gillingham in January after having his contract cancelled at Peterborough but that fell through and instead he signed for Woking.

But today comes news that he's back in the Football League having agreed a one year deal with League Two club Barnet where manager Ian Hendon said he would replace former captain Neal Bishop in the squad.

He's expected to make his Barnet debut at Dover Athletic in their first pre-season friendly with a game against Arsenal to come after that one.

Micah joined the Clarets in the summer of 2004 having opted to leave Watford. He scored in his league debut against Sheffield United and went on to score one more very special goal for us.

He left for Peterborough in January 2007 with his contract coming to an end at the end of that season.
