Ben Mee won the man of the match vote

Mee won the man of the match at the ground and he was also the winner on Clarets Mad, polling 26.2% of the vote. Not far behind was Jones with 21.0% in second place and behind him were fellow midfielder Marney in third place with 15.9% and Kieran Trippier who took fourth place with a 14.3% share of the vote.

The top three took the top three places in the player ratings. This time the midfield duo of Marney and Jones couldn't be separated.

Both had ratings of 7.81 out of 10 to come out on top and just ahead of Mee who was third. Mee's rating was 7.75 and goalkeeper Tom Heaton took fourth place with a rating of 7.53 out of 10.

That gives Jones eight points with seven points each for Mee and Marney and both Heaton and Trippier winning one point.

With no points for Jason Shackell it still leaves Sam Vokes with a 17 lead over his captain at the top of the Clarets Mad Player of the Year Table.

Following this game they are now the only two contenders to replace Lee Grant who was last season's winner.

The next vote will be for the Blackpool game. That will be available within an hour of the final whistle tomorrow and will run until the end of Tuesday.

The vote for the Wigan game, played on Easter Monday, will be available from Wednesday to Friday.
