Chris McCann
McCann received the vote from the sponsors on Saturday and he's also received it in both our man of the match poll and the player ratings on the message board. He was a clear winner in the poll, taking 40.7% of the vote and that was some distance from Kyle Lafferty who came in second with 14.7%. Wade Elliott claimed 9.8% of the vote to take third place.

It was McCann again in the player ratings although for the second week in succession the ratings were very low. He won it with a rating of 6.60 out of 10. Again he was a clear winner Despite playing only the last half hour Joey Gudjonsson's performance was enough to get him second place with a rating of 6.00 and Lafferty added to his second place in the man of the match with third place here with a rating of 5.95 out of 10.

The six points won by McCann have taken him to ninth place in the table whilst Lafferty's recent run of form has seen him climb into fourth place, moving two points above David Unsworth.

The solitary point won by Wade Elliott means it is now officially a two horse race for the Clarets Mad Player of the Year. Clarke Carlisle can no longer catch Wade whilst Robbie, currently in second place, is now twelve points behind. It would take a superb finish to the season from Robbie to have any sort of chance now of stopping Wade from taking the title won last season by Eric Djemba-Djemba.
